Approximate delivery times are as follows:

UK Standard : 3 - 5 working days
Europe : 5 - 7 working days
Rest of the world : 5 - 7 working days

These delivery times do not allow for Public / Local holidays.

You are welcome to come in and make a cash payment.
We can also take card payments on the premises if you prefer.

We use Royal Mail, UPS, DPD and Interlink Express.

All deliveries are registered and a tracking number can be made available on request.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (AMEX, VISA, VISA/Debit, MasterCard, Maestro etc.) You can make payments via our secure payment page, or by calling us and making a manual payment over the telephone.

We also accept PayPal payments. When checking out please click on the "PayPal" bar to use this facility.

If you are purchasing a "Restricted Item" we will require proof of age if you are paying using PayPal.
This will also be the case for pre-paid credit cards.

This is because we need to be able to satisfactorily confirm your age as over eighteen for restricted items. Proof may be in the form of a copy of your passport or driving licence. Please note that once your age has been confirmed, any future orders will be free of age verification delays.

We have a stock notification feature to alert you when new stock is added for a particular item. Wherever you see the "Out of Stock" message, click on the "Notify" button, enter your name and email address, and you will be notified as soon as the item is re-stocked.

Delivery/shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout, and are based upon the weight of your order and your shipment country.

V.A.T. is included on all items (where applicable). Some of our items are already V.A.T. exempt, e.g. food items.

There are NO hidden or additional charges.

Knives, or anything with a blade, will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18. These items are clearly marked with an 18 sign and are restricted.

We will check that all customers buying these items are aged 18 years or over.

One of our sources of information is the UK Register of Electors.

Pre-paid credit cards will not be accepted for restricted items unless proof of age can be verified.

If we are unable to satisfactorily confirm your age you will be contacted and asked to send to us proof of your age by post or email.

This confirmation may be in the form of a copy of your passport or driving licence and must be the address that the order is being dispatched to.

We will then release your order and you will not need to provide this information again as it will be held on file.

This information is kept on file so that it may be produced to Licencing Agencies to confirm that we actively seek age confirmation and are reputable dealers.

We will charge you in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and your card company / PayPal will convert this to your local currency.

You may like to look on a currency conversion website for a rough conversion.

When placing your order please be sure to enter your card billing address exactly as it appears on your statement so that we can obtain authorisation on it.
